By accessing or using the website located at www.lafayette-towing.com, or by requesting towing or roadside assistance services from Lafayette Towing Experts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors to our website and to all customers who request or receive services from Lafayette Towing Experts. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Lafayette Towing Experts provides towing and roadside assistance services in Lafayette, CA and surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, heavy duty towing, accident recovery, wrecker service, flatbed towing, emergency towing, roadside assistance, winch-out service, vehicle storage, and related transportation services.
We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where our operators determine it is unsafe to proceed, where the requested service is outside our operational capability, or where the customer has an outstanding unpaid balance. We do not guarantee availability at all times, though we make reasonable efforts to respond promptly to all requests.
Estimates provided by Lafayette Towing Experts - whether by phone, email, or through our website contact form - are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions at the scene, the actual distance traveled, time required, equipment used, and any complications not apparent from the initial description.
For tows arranged privately, rates are established directly between Lafayette Towing Experts and the customer prior to service. For tows requested by law enforcement, applicable California rate regulations may apply, and pricing will be consistent with those regulations.
You will be informed of the applicable rate structure before work begins. We will provide an itemized invoice upon completion of service. Payment is due at the time of service unless you have an established account with prior written authorization for invoicing.
Service requests submitted through our website form or by phone are acknowledged as inquiries and are not confirmed service agreements until Lafayette Towing Experts has verified the details and confirmed availability. We will contact you within 1 business day of receiving a form submission.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, please contact us as soon as possible by calling (925) 298-0549 or emailing hi@lafayette-towing.com. Cancellations made after a truck has been dispatched to your location may result in a trip charge to cover the cost of the response.
We understand that emergency situations change quickly. If conditions at the scene change before our operator arrives, please call us immediately so we can adjust the response accordingly.
Payment for towing and roadside services is typically due upon completion of the service at the scene or at the drop-off location. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
For customers with established commercial accounts, invoices are due within the terms specified in the account agreement. Accounts with balances past due by 30 days or more may be subject to a late payment fee and may have service suspended until the balance is resolved.
If you intend to bill a tow to your insurance carrier, payment is still due from you at the time of service unless prior written authorization has been arranged with Lafayette Towing Experts. You are responsible for obtaining reimbursement from your insurer.
If your vehicle is transported to a storage facility operated by or affiliated with Lafayette Towing Experts, daily storage fees begin accruing from the time the vehicle arrives at the facility. You are responsible for retrieving your vehicle promptly and for all accrued storage charges.
Vehicles not claimed after the period specified by applicable California law may be subject to lien sale proceedings. You will be notified in accordance with legal requirements before any such action is taken.
By requesting service, you represent and warrant that:
Providing false or misleading information may result in additional charges and may affect your ability to request services in the future.
